With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you about shipping and the delays with your orders.

Due to COVID-19 we have had to have all of our products ship internationally from our suppliers in the US, Canada, Mexico, China, and the UK. Our US warehouse inventory is currently depleted as we are awaiting inventory shipments. Please understand these delays are not anticipated. In addition we have been updated by international carriers have been suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic since May 20th.

Any order in transit, or processing, on or before May 26th have been shipped but are delayed. We as a business cannot personally retrieve packages once shipped. Unfortunately those would have to wait until their order arrives.

For the safety of you, our employees, and loved ones we must take these measures.

These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first.

We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.
